Access Hardware COVID-19 Update

Dear Customer,

As you would be aware the continual developments with COVID-19 is effecting all of us in various ways. At present Access Hardware continues to remain open and fully operational until we advise otherwise. 

We are continuing to monitor, assess and respond to the impacts of COVID-19 and at present we have taken the appropriate and necessary precautions to minimise risk.
At present we have enacted the following response:

1. We are open as normal with normal trading hours
All branches are open our normal trading hours with the exception of Sydney which is currently opening 7:30AM to 4PM Monday to Friday. Our branches have implemented social distancing measures with 1.5m space between counters and customers. Extra cleaning measures and good hygiene have been put in place, and all staff who can work from home have been instructed to do so. Additionally, our 24/7 emergency locksmithing service is currently and will continue to be available.

2. Shop online through our online store
For customers who do not wish to visit a branch you can purchase products via our online store from wherever you are located and have them shipped to most addresses in a timely manner. Reducing handling and removing the face-to-face aspect of purchasing products.‚Äč
