Access Hardware is proud to celebrate 50 years in buisness and to be part of a connected Group of Australia’s leading door hardware, locksmithing and security brands. Our commitment to our customers, our people and our brand remains unchanged.
As part of our 50-year milestone, we are introducing a new connected brand identity that visually brings together our specialist brands — Access Hardware, API Access & Security, Jacksons Security and Fentons Doors.
We have also introduced a Group identity — Access & Security Co — to clearly identify the brands that operate within our national organisation. This name is used at a corporate level only and does not replace the Access Hardware brand.
These updates make it easier for customers and partners to recognise the strength and capability of our Group, while Access Hardware continues to deliver the same expertise, service and support you know and trust.

A New Unified Brand Identity.
To reflect the strength of our Group, we’re rolling out a refreshed brand identity that visually connects all our businesses for the first time.
While our look is evolving, all brands within the Group will continue to trade as usual.
Customers can expect the same trusted teams, same service, and same commitment to quality — now presented under a clearer and more cohesive Group identity.
A new Group name - Access & Security Co
Alongside our visual refresh, we’re introducing Access & Security Co — a simple Group name that connects our brands more clearly and reflects the industries we specialise in.
Access & Security Co is not replacing our trading brands.
Instead, it creates a link between them and represents the collective capability of our Group across access, hardware, locksmithing and security.

Why has Access Hardware’s branding changed?
Our Group has introduced a connected brand identity to visually align all brands within our national network. This helps customers clearly see that Access Hardware is part of a larger organisation with specialist capability across door hardware, locksmithing, access control and security.
Is Access Hardware changing its name?
No. Access Hardware continues to trade as Access Hardware.
Our name, operations and customer relationships remain exactly the same.
What is Access & Security Co?
Access & Security Co is our Group identity — a master-brand name used at a corporate level to describe the collective organisation behind Access Hardware, API Access & Security, Jacksons Security and Fentons Doors.
It is not a trading name and does not replace Access Hardware.
Does this change how I work with Access Hardware?
No. Your Access Hardware team, contacts, ordering process and service experience all remain unchanged.
Has ownership changed?
No. Owenerhsip has not changed for Access Hardware or any of the brands - we are all a proudly Australian-owned and family-run business, with our Head Office in North Melbourne.
What updates will I see?
Over the coming months, you may notice:

• Updated signage, uniforms and vehicle branding
• Consistent branding across invoices, quotes and digital platforms
• References to “Part of Access & Security Co” across some materials
Will this affect service levels?
