The Capitol Theatre upgrade was a $20 million dollar project that took 68 weeks to complete by Hutchinson Builders. The theatre was upgraded by RMIT who are the current custodians of the building. The 93 year old landmark theatre offers a 544 seating capacity, and the upgrades ensured that the theatre kept its iconic design.

Access Hardware supplied door hardware, automatic doors and sanitary products. These products included Lockwood door locks and related hardware, Kilargo seals and dormakaba automatic door operators.
