The East End Newcastle project begun in August 2020 and is three residential buildings within the Newcastle CBD. The idea of the development is to create an urban village of contemporary apartments, laneways and retail spaces.

Access Hardware was engaged to supply Lockwood door hardware and a master keying system. The project is valued at over $108M and the project includes the refurbishment of the existing heritage David Jones building and retention of the heritage facades of the Washington and Fabric house buildings.
