The Locomotive Workshop in NSW is one of the state’s most significant heritage buildings. The upgrades to the building begun in June 2020 and is scheduled for completion in May of 2021.

The workshop is being completely refurbished internally and will provide high quality office spaces. It comprises of a two-storey sandstone and brick structure consisting of 16 equally sized bays. The facilities will provide parking, dining, childcare, and non-retail and retail services.
