Where a product is marked as a "Special Order Item" we cannot accept a return of these items due to a change or mind or other reason, unless the product is faulty or a return/refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.

1. We will not exchange, refund or provide a store credit for Special Order Items. If Special Order Items are returned to Us, any Product will be shipped back to You at Your expense.
