Who can Apply?

An Access Hardware Trade Account is designed for Trade & Business customers, and is suitable for the following types of customers:

Professional trade customers who hold an ABN and operate a relevant trade business such as builders, carpenters, fit out installers, OEM, fabricators, and locksmiths.
Selected organisations and businesses who hold an ABN such as facilities management, education, aged care, hospitals, and government where building, maintenance and repair work is frequently carried out.

How can I Apply?

As part of the application process, we require some information about yourself and your company/business to determine your appropriate pricing. Conditions apply and each application is reviewed prior to account activation within 1 – 2 business days.

How long does the application process take?

Once you submit your information online, your applications will be reviewed — please allow 1-2 business days. For urgent requests please contact us on 1800 555 600. When your account is reviewed and activated you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I apply for Credit?

If you plan to purchase from us regularly, you may wish to apply for a credit account. It can simplify your buying process and help manage your cash flow. Learn more about applying for a credit account.

What if already have an existing Access Hardware Store Account?

If you already shop with Access Hardware in-store or over the phone, but don’t have an online Trade Account – you will still need to submit an online application. When submitting your details, please select the I have an Existing Access Hardware Account tick box, and our team will link your current Trade Pricing details.
