The mortice lock kit includes:
- 1 x SB2312SSS 30mm backset mortice lock.
- 1 x 6400/30SSS external lever on plate with cylinder hole.
- 1 x 6401/30SSS internal lever on plate with cylinder hole.
- 2 x cylinders with keys.

- Operated by handle outside when unlocked by keyed cylinder and lever always inside.
