Where a product is marked as a "Special Order Item" we cannot accept a return of these items due to a change or mind or other reason, unless the product is faulty or a return/refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.
We will not exchange, refund or provide a store credit for Special Order Items. If Special Order Items are returned to Us, any Product will be shipped back to You at Your expense.

In some situations, door stops cannot be installed due to the limited open angle of some installations. This is when a limiting stay can be installed in the slide track to limit the opening of the door between 80° and 120°.
