Due to the size and/or weight of this product an additional charge will apply for delivery. We recommend selecting pick-up from your local Branch to avoid this additional charge.
Where a product is marked as a "Special Order Item" we cannot accept a return of these items due to a change or mind or other reason, unless the product is faulty or a return/refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.
We will not exchange, refund or provide a store credit for Special Order Items. If Special Order Items are returned to Us, any Product will be shipped back to You at Your expense.
If You have a Special Order Items that requires repair, our standard repair service billing rates will apply.
Different products are fire tested for use with specific fire rated doors only. Ensure you check with the manufacturer that this product is suitable for the door it is intended to be installed on.
