This item can be ordered online, but due to its size and/or weight, a bulky goods delivery charge applies and will be displayed at checkout. Alternatively, select Branch Click & Collect, where available, to avoid the delivery charge.
Where a product is marked as a "Special Order Item" we cannot accept a return of these items due to a change or mind or other reason, unless the product is faulty or a return/refund is required under Australian Consumer Law.
We will not exchange, refund or provide a store credit for Special Order Items. If Special Order Items are returned to Us, any Product will be shipped back to You at Your expense.
If You have a Special Order Items that requires repair, our standard repair service billing rates will apply.
